Summer is officially upon us, so I bring you a wintry recipe to say goodbye to snowy weather.
Pound cake is perfect for any occasion, and not just for dessert! This cake isn’t too heavy, so it’s amazing for breakfast with coffee!

Any cake pan will do, but I recommend using a Bundt pan or any size loaf pan. This recipe makes enough batter for one traditional size Bundt cake. I used these adorable mini loaf pans, shown below, from Wilton. I also used some silicone tartlet pans for remaining batter.
