Greek Fries with Tzatziki Sauce

Food has always been a comfort, for most of us. Emotionally, food can hold an intense power over us, in both positive and negative ways. I think being in quarantine, we’ve all developed a potential love-hate relationship with food. A lot of foodies have fallen in love with cooking all over again, as I have. I hope you enjoy what you’ve been seeing here at The Cakeasaurus!

What’s your favorite cuisine? I’m a sucker for anything Greek. Feta? Yes. Greek yogurt? Totally! Leg of lamb? GIVE ME! I’m always down for Greek food. That being said, I knew I needed to recreate this recipe. Inspired by my favorite local restaurant, this is one of my favorite appetizers ever! To me, its not even an app- its a meal in itself! Since french fries are my foodie weakness, these fries are my absolute food kryptonite!

Served with a zangy tzatziki sauce, you’ll be looking for an excuse to make these over and over!

I used my airfryer for these, but broiling in an oven or toaster oven would work great too! Preheat oven to 400ºF to pre-bake the fries, then assemble and broil for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
